A recent American Medical Association study suggests that vitamins in pill form may be completely useless, or even counter-productive. Before you go to a lot of effort, you might want to follow up on this.
As usual, critics have already pointed to flaws in the study, but here are two sources.

Vitamins ???????. Dont know,But when I was in high school,
we made our own acid !!!. It was the best,and if I have a “flash-back”,I’ll send you the recipe !!!.
