i want to grill chicken to go with fettuccini alfredo, what herbs would go well?

    I don’t use herbs in mine, but I do use spices. Garlic, nutmeg and fresh cracked white pepper.

    good idea to have a small herb garden.

    Since an alfredo sauce is very rich I would keep the seasoning on the chicken simple. A little parsley and some SP and you’re good to go.

    Actually, I don’t use herbs for cooking the chicken. I just grill or pan fry it seasoned with salt and pepper. The alfredo sauce is packed with so much flavor that the chicken doesn’t really need to be over done with seasoning. Plus, when the meal is ready, I sprinkle a bit of parsley over top.
