Just get the basic ones like the ones you listed and Omega and vitamin a b and c
and at least have a glass of milk everyday so your body gets the nutrients it needs or have yogurt like Yoplay.

Walmart has a good selection of name brand and generic vitamins at a reasonable price. Any brand of multi vitamin will do. You need to be concerned about your calcium intake and take at least a 1500 mg calcium supplement. Older women are at risk for osteoporosis and I was told by my doctor that I should have started taking supplements in my 20’s.

    For your joints:
Nutrilite Glucosamine HCl with Boswellia - Improves joint function and builds cartilage

Nutrilite Ocean Essentials Joint Health - Omega-3s for comfort and mobility

    For bones:
Nutrilite Bone Health with Ipriflavone - This is a non-hormonal nutrient that, when taken with calcium, has been shown to help maintain bone mass and stimulate the body to make new bone cells.

Nutrilite Cal Mag D - provides the calcium equivalent of 20 oz. of milk, as well as magnesium to help regulate calcium levels. It also provides vitamin C to promote collagen formation for bone strength; copper to promote bone and collagen strength; and zinc to support bone growth and maturation.

Since studies show that around 5% eat the right serving size, prepare food properly and get their food from the right sources you should also get a multivitamin. Nutrilite Daily Multivitamin/Multimineral is one that I talk. Go to Arcameda.com and type in the search box bone or joint or multi for more information no the Nutrilite organic vitamins. Hope all is well.
