Hi, I’ve been having some health problems and am now taking vitamins (E and folic acid), as well as supplements (cranberry and yeast), and well as a low daily dose of antibiotics (preventative measure to keep from gettins sick). What’s the best time of day to take these pills? In the morning, before I go to work, or in the evening before sleeping?

In the morning with a glass of water is always the best time, it helps you move threw out the day!

In the morning with breakfast, you body will not benefit from it as much while you are sleeping.

The best way for your body to absorb vitamins and minerals is to take them with a meal, and at the same time each day. It doesn’t matter when you take them. I have mine just before I sit down for dinner at night.

I ask my nutritionist the same question and that is her answer.
