How to preserve fresh herbs so they can be used again?

    Put them in to air tight bag and freeze them my wife doe’s it all the time work’s great

    ziplock back freeze.
    or layout on paper towels and dry them out (thoroughly dried) then ziplock back toss in cupboard.
