Have you ever taken vitamins or silica for your hair? How much percent did your hair thicken if any?

Are hair vitamins or silica worth it? Anyone with fine hair notice a difference in thickness after taking vitamins?

I took Biotin first, and then Appearex a couple years ago for about 6 months each. Both helped my nails and hair a lot. It did take about 2 months before I started seeing results. My hair is already pretty full (I was taking it for my nails) but I would say it thickened about 5%? It wasn’t a lot, but a noticable difference. Everyone is different, so try Biotin first, since it’s WAY cheaper.

Yes, and I noticed a precise 43% increase in the thickness of my hair. Spit is good, too. And bubble gum.

Seriously, vitamins are always good. Silica will basically do nothing to make your hair thicker (not that I know) but it will protect it.
