How many prenatal vitamins do you add to a shampoo bottle?

I was told that if you add prenatal vitamins to your shampoo it promotes really healthy hair. Many people have told me this but they never mentioned exactly how many pills you add to a regular size bottle. How many pills do I mix into my shampoo?

i never heard of adding them to shampoo, just taking them…….try crushing about 5 or so i guess?

You don’t put ‘em in the shampoo Einstein!
Take them. You know, put the vitamin in your mouth swallow with water. The directions on the vitamins don’t mention shampoo.
