Is it better to take a multivitamin or to pick and choose specific vitamins for a regiment?

The only specific problems I would want to address vitamin-wise is a weak immune system (I seem to always have some kind of cold or flu or something) and I am anemic. Hoping there’s a nutritionist that can answer this question knowledgeably, or anyone who knows about vitamins. Thanks!
Regimen*, haha sorry. I’m not trying to find vitamin supplements for the military…

I am a nutritionist and have consulted for many large health centers, the vitamins out there are mostly synthetic vitamins with fillers to keep the cost down and keep the tablets compressed. There is only 2 true NATURAL immune building products that work that’s Bee Royal Jelly and Bee Pollen, the company I know with the purest and freshest products that I would recommend is Royal Jelly has a very low pH value that does not allow bacterias and infection to survive as well as a natural source of gamma globulin to boost the immune system to fight infections and bacterias, the bee pollen as well both products combined deliver proteins, 18 amino acids, minerals such as calcium, magnesium and iron and enzymes to optimize your digestion. My brother in law never believed me until now I gave him a jar for Christmas and this has been the first year he has not gotten the flu not even a cold, and his 3 boys have been sick all year and his wife , so he is a believer now, he takes the royal jelly twice a day , the large jar is 90.00 dollars but it will last you 5-6 months so it is not as expensive as it appears the bee pollen is 14.00 for a 30 day supply, It truly works and once you start you will never feel better. good luck, if you have any questions you can email me

you should be carefull in picking vitamins suited for you because sometimes it can cause an allergic reaction to you.. You should ask a doctor what multivitamins is good for you and for you as an anemic person…
