    If your son has specific deficiencies, get a prescription or recommendation from your doctor. Be very careful about administering vitamins and minerals to a child. Iron can be beneficial, but it can also be very harmful. Don’t play guessing games with your child’s life. It’s his life, not yours so be absolutely certain that what you are giving him is exactly what he needs.
