Use all the milk you want. You will get more protein as well as more calories because a lot of the protein in your protein drink comes from the milk anyway.

Beware of protein gimmicks. The body only uses between 25- 60 mg a day, the rest is excreted. Lots of hype about protein shakes, protein powder, etc. That is all it is…Hype. Most of the protein supplements are powdered egg white with a lot of artificial flavorings, colorings, etc. Practically useless.
If you need the calories, do a standard milkshake and a balanced meal.
