How about Ensure? It is total nutritional value for one meal. It’s usually prescribed for the elderly because they don’t like to eat. But I’ve used them and they work great!

They also have knock-off brands that are really cheap but have the exact contents as Ensure, and they taste as good, if not better.

Don’t let the fact that they are mainly used by old folks deter you. If you want results, you’ll go to any length to get the results you desire.

Guinness (since you’ve posted this under beer, wine, and spirits, I’m gonna guess that’s the answer you were looking for). There’s 1.6 grams of protein in each pint of Guinness. Cheers!

I’m going to assume that you’re not really looking for a protein powder and you’re looking for an already mixed shake. That being said, Ensure is a great choice. You have about an hour after your workout to get the protein and nutrients your muscles need to grow. So, having a small protein packed meal is also a great idea. Here’s some more information on Ensure.

BTW, if you ARE looking for a protein powder, message me, I know a lot about them. I take 2 protein shakes daily.

I’ll never forget the very first time I got ripped, how I did it and how it felt. I’ve never told this entire story before or widely published my early photos either. I started lifting weights for bodybuilding when I was 14 years old, but I never had ripped abs until I was 20. I endured six years of frustration and embarrassment. Being a teenager is hard enough, but imagine how I felt being a self-proclaimed bodybuilder, with no abs or muscle definition to show for it.

But even after four years of successful strength training, I still hadn’t figured out this getting ripped thing. Muscle isn’t very attractive if it’s covered up with a layer of fat.

However, out of my college experience did come the seeds of the solution and my first
