When should I drink this protein drink and how much of it?

I’m around 5′9” and 136 pounds and I just bought the protein mix called body fortress whey protein. I want to just add muscle so I was wondering when I should take this and how much of it I should drink. I workout everyday for at least an hour. Should i take drink it after I workout? Before? Please help!

    You should take it 2-4 times a day. As soon as you wake up, after a work out, and before bed.

    DO NOT work out the same muscle groups each day. They each should be worked out twice a week, three times max. Of course, with a rest day between each work out for that specific muscle group.

    Protein drinks are reccomended only if you are going to do a intense work out like 3 hours, if not, stick to water.

    The best time to take protein powder is within a half hour of beginning your workout or within a half hour of ENDING your workout. If you would like to use it both times, try before and after and see if you start to see pleasing results. Good luck!
