My 4 year old broke his arm just above the wrist 7 weeks ago and he refuses to take medicine or vitamins can anyone recomend a liquid vitamin that might be easier to give him instead of a pill form. I want to make sure he gets his bone strength back, I’ve tried the flinstones gummy vitamins and he eats them for a couple of days then refuses to take them again. Something that can be mixed in with his juice or food would be the best.

Calcium, hellp rebuild and streghenten the bones. There are others but im not really sure what i recomend you ask his doctor.

A trick way to get him to eat, put into a spoon full of ice cream. Or somthing mushy like mashed potato’s or somthing and slip it in there.

If you go to the health food store (such as Whole Foods if you are in the states) they do have calcium supplements that can be stirred into drinks or food. For the most part they are marketed toward older people who are being mindful about osteoporosis, but they are good source of calcium nevertheless. You should ask you Dr. about the amount to give to a toddler. Good luck!
