i’m currently not eating meat at all. so i’m in the begining stages of vegetarianism/veganism bc. i hardley eat anything with milk or egg product unless it’s in something i eat but i have been eating a lot of subway veggie subs and rice and beans. so what kind of vitamins should i be taking to replace the animal products? and should i take a multi vitamin with it?

No, with a balanced vegetarian diet there is no need for any supplements.
This page from the vegetarian society has lots of useful nutrition information:

I agree with the above. Being a vegetarian or vegan, you need to learn what nutrients and vitamins you are missing, and how to obtain those nutrients or vitamins in your diet naturally. You should research what you need to add to your diet in order to be healthy, most vegans plan ahead their meals a week in advance worth, so they have all the correct nutrients that their bodies need. At first it is hard to make sure you are getting everything in your food, but with some practice and knowledge you will soon be an expert and know exactly what foods have what and how much of them you need to be eating. Good luck.
