    Eat healthier is common sense. - not sure why you are opposed to vitamins/herbs…but regardless - also I know an elderly lady who swears by putting a bar of Ivory soap under the mattress pad of her bed down by her feet. Funny? yes…but she says..it helps and it certainly can’t hurt. No idea why it works…but thought I’d mention it

    Restless leg syndrome could be a magnesium deficiency. If this is the case in your situation, then you have to take magnesium to resolve your issue.

    Nothing else will work.

    Just make sure that you get some kind of exercise. If not, try walking and some light weight training. See how that works for you.

    your body needs minerals and vitamins and if you don’t have a high quality supplement, then you aren’t getting them, no matter what or how you eat.
