My dog has skin allergies. Is there any kind of natural herbs to get rid of that or something?

wants his money up front. They all do. Vets dont work out payments.

    Are there no charitable organisations who could help with the cost ?

    Here in the UK the PDSA (Peoples Dispensary for Sick Animals) will treat ANY animal regardless of their owners ability to pay. They are a charity organisation - relying on donations. Visitors are encouraged to donate - BUT they’re not pressured in any way. Some people just cannot afford to pay for vet treatment.
