Our family think we know about 8, namely:
Salt
Garlic Salt
Chicken Salt
Black Pepper
White Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Chilli Powder
Paprika

and that’s all. Do you have any to add, or comments about the above?

    I know they use MSG and maybe onion powder. I think the meat is also soaked in buttermilk to keep it moist. I know I do that for soaking out the blood and adding moisture.

    I never could get my KFC chicken to come out like the original KFC chicken until I ordered this cookbook. It tells you all the secret Ingredients. I tried so many combination’s just like you… but the chicken never tasted like KFC. I was always missing something.. Ill give you the link in source to the cook book to many ingredients to list..sorry
