I take a basic multivitamin already, but I’m wondering what sorts of vitamins specifically are especially good for vegetarians to take. Any suggestions? Thanks!

B12! The main natural source is meat and animal products (milk and eggs) so if you’re not eating those you NEED B12! I became deficient and was soooo sick (nerve problems) and it took the doctors a long time to figure that one out.
