Is it safe for a guy to take prenatal vitamins or a womens multi vitamin?

    No, it’s not good for a guy to take a womens multivitamin.

    Womens multivitamins contain the extra iron women need to make up for the blood they lose each month menstruating. Too much iron is a BAD THING.

    If you want to try it, take a womens over 50 multivitamin, because they reduce the iron content for menopausal women.
