April 28th, 2009 | by Vitamin Advisor |Just me asked:
I don’t eat right and I wish I would, but I do my cardio at least 3-4 times a week, so what other Vitamins do you recoment I should take? I’m almost 39 if that matters.

Vitamins are good but they’re not a substitute for eating healthy food. I would go to your local health food store check out all the different vitamins they have. Folks that work in health food stores are a good resource can even suggest energy drinks, if you can’t always eat right. I would cut out anything white (sugar, rice starch) stay well hydrated.
You’re working out making your body healthy strong.
To do so, you need eat the right kinds of foods to enhance your cardio work-out, not to so could hurt you.
