What vitamins should a 15 year old be taking?

I am recovering from an eating disorder and I have seen that taking vitamins can help break the cycle.(this is from some studies on the internet.)I am also a vegetarian.So if you could please tell me some vitamins I should take that would be appreciated.Thnks:)

I would reccomend you to take a multivitamin, if you’re not old enough to take a normal one like centrum, you can still take child mulitivitamins like the flinstone ones. I wish I could still take those

Flinstones
Any multi-vitamin is good and you can be a vegetarian to take them.
I would make sure that you ask someone before you buy them because some people have sensitive stomachs and they dont work well with mult-ivitamins! I am proud of you for getting over an eating disorder! Go you!

Any multi-vitamin really will do. Being you’re recovering from an eating disorder you’re going to want more iron and more calcium in whatever you take.

If you are a vegetarian you are probably not getting any Omega-3 fatty acids, a nutrient that is vital to your health. Omega-3’s come mostly from fish and any Omega 3 supplement you find at a store would be from fish. This website sells an Omega 3 supplement that is 100% vegetarian. They also have other vegetarian supplements.
Since you’re a vegetarian you’re protein levels are probably way low, so you should consider taking protein powder or eating protein bars. The website above sells great protein supplements too. The protein comes from milk so you dont have to worry about killing a cow or anything but if that still bothers you they do have a soy protein powder available, so check out that website.
