What’s the difference between these two vitamins?
February 27th, 2009 | by Vitamin Advisor |Manda King asked:
A women’s daily multivitamin/mineral, and a prenative one? I compared the two, ingrediants and what not, one has more things than the other, and vice versus? So what is the huge difference, and can I take both to help my baby? Meaning will it be ok for my baby with extra vitamins and minerals?

Only take one of those. An overdose of vitamins can harm you AND your baby. Too much of a certain vitamin can be just as bad as too little.
